The data subject has the right to have the organization erase his/her personal data without undue delay, and the organization is obliged to erase personal data without undue delay if there is no reason why such erasure of personal data is not allowed, or if the organization has a legal interest in keeping the data for a certain period (e.g. a legal requirement to keep certain user data, evidence of the fulfilment of the organisation’s contractual obligation to the user). (vi) the right to object

The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
